Before we start we need to make sure your chiller plant qualifies for our IoT solution.

1 Initial assessment

Input basic information about your building type, your number of chillers and their capacity and get a high-level overview of your saving potential. Just click on Calculate to get started.

2 Energy review

You will receive an energy report based on the input you provided us. Together with the energy report you will be invited for a detailed review with our experts through Teams. Focus is on how to obtain the potential savings.

3 Contract signing

The final contract is signed directly with our local partner. Reduction targets and cost sharing split is agreed upon.

4 Baseline check & installation

Our solution partner visits your site, calculates the baseline and installs the equipment (censors, flow meters and VDFs).

5 Continuous energy-saving

Energy saving starts. Your local technical staff is trained in continuously optimizing energy consumption. We let the staff know when control settings should be changed and what they should be.

Payment model

We are compensated through a share of the realized savings.

Savings are split 30% you / 70% us.

All components needed will be supplied and installed as part of our service and there’s no capital investment required. The algorithm gets better over time, increasing savings annually.

You receive 100% of the CO2 reductions.

Our solution saves the environment from a lot of CO2 emissions by reducing energy usage. You can report all the CO2 reductions for the purpose of shareholder reporting, government oversight, marketing etc.
